Good news for DD Free Dish users, Doordarshan adding 24 new channels in MPEG-4 format in April 2016 and it will be with CAS. DD Free Dish will have CAS of bydesign.
The addition of MPEG4 stream in DD Free Dish will bring more channels and more value added services.
MPEG-4 Set-Top Boxes will be sold through authorised distributors. MPEG-4 STB’s will be available in market from April or May month.
